No.19, Poolbed by Night, by KRG

Poolbeg by Night. Idea was to capture a fleeting glance at Poolbed by night (polluted skyline) from the Sandymount promenade. Original painting was painted only with palette knife, with oils onto canvas. As usual my idea was to capture the contrast between the warm polluted sky and warm fleeting lights of the port area. Prints are also available of this piece. Canvas is 100x70cm. Image is framed with a white insert with white champered frame. The ‘on the wall’ image is only to give one the idea.
